Richard E. Morgan, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Morgan graduated from Bowman Gray School of Medicine- North Carolina Baptist Hospital in 1973 and did his internship and surgical residency at Wake Forest University from 1973 to 1978. Dr. Morgan has practiced with New Bern Surgical Associates, PA since 1978.
Henry Curtis Mostellar, III, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Mostellar graduated from University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1983 and did his internship and surgical residency at Bowman Gray School of Medicine-North Carolina Baptist Hospital from 1983 to 1989. From 1990 to 1991, Dr. Mostellar served as a Captain in the United States Army Medical Corp during Operation Desert Storm. He has been with New Bern Surgical Associates, PA since 1989.
David L. Harshman, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Harshman graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1985 and did his internship and surgical residency at State University of New York School of Medicine from 1985 to 1990. He served in the Navy from 1981 to 1994, deploying with the Marine Corp 2nd Medical Battalion for Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He has been with New Bern Surgical Associates, PA since 1994.
Caroline A. Paul, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Paul graduated from Columbia University College of
Physicians and Surgeons in 1994 and did her internship and surgical residency at St. Louis University
Hospital from 1994 to 1999. She has been with New Bern Surgical Associates, PA since 1999.
All of our physicians are diplomats of the American Board of Surgeons, members of the North Carolina Medical Society, and fellows of the American College of Surgeons.
